Hello, everyone,
I’d like to thank you for following my work. It touches me deeply to know that what I do is meaningful to you. This is what keeps me going.
I realize that often the topics presented are difficult and challenging. My goal is always to offer you support along with any insights I’ve gathered from many years of listening to neurodiverse couples as they share their struggles. I know that when love feels battered, you can feel very much alone. In those quiet moments, please know that you’re not. There are others. We are here.
It is a good thing to open our hearts to receiving gratitude of others. Sometimes, if we shut down under the weight of our struggles, it becomes difficult for anything to get in.
Consider taking this Thanksgiving Day to release that weight and allow feelings of gratitude to touch your heart. This has the potential not only to sustain but also to inspire you.
With warm wishes and gratitude,
Sarah
